In Short

  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive cardholder engagement, spend, and loyalty.
  • Focus on owned channel marketing and martech capabilities.
  • Utilize Braze and other marketing automation tools.
  • Build and ensure accurate execution of marketing automation workflows.
  • Track and analyze communication performance for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in owned channel marketing or CRM marketing.
  • Experience with Braze or comparable martech tools.
  • Ability to query data and create customer journey logic using SQL.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
