Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a fintech company.
• 5+ years of experience leading architecture and design of systems.
• 5+ years of proven experience in team leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in developing financial platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
