Overview

Imply is seeking a Technical Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive adoption of our analytics platform, focusing on building strong relationships with strategic accounts.

In Short

  • Act as a technical advisor for assigned accounts
  • Support new customer onboarding and solution design

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of data technologies and cloud infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with complex software products
  • Ability to identify business challenges and deliver impactful solutions
  • Familiarity with SQL, cloud services, and modern data architectures
