Business Development Analyst (Korea) - Remote

Overview

Immutable is expanding rapidly in Asia, and Korea is one of the most exciting regions for our growth. We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our GTM team and help source the next generation of games onto Immutable’s Web3 platform.

In Short

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound sources.
• Conduct research and due diligence on prospective partners, turning data into actionable insights.
• Track and report on trends across the Web3 and Web2 gaming landscapes, identifying priority opportunities.
• Build proposals, prepare outreach plans, and support the BD team through the full prospecting cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to represent Korea in cross-functional GTM discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments such as startups, gaming companies, consulting, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3, crypto, and gaming.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform research into insights and clear actions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Korean and business-level English.
• Hustle and resilience - comfortable in a fast-moving, high-change environment and able to fully own follow-ups and tasks.
• Experience in prospecting, client-facing work, or sales-driven roles.
