  • Join the US team as a Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional planning and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and client management skills.
  • Experience in implementing customer solutions.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to maintain outcome-based relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
