Professional Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant at Illumio, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the integration, deployment, and ongoing management of the Illumio product suite.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, assisting them with the integration of Illumio into their environments.
• Manage deployments and upgrades of the Illumio platform.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on change preparation.
• Assist in the development of Illumio-specific API scripts.
• Provide best practices, documentation, and recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with IT Security and Security Operations teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the Illumio deployment.
• Serve as the primary interface between client teams and Illumio’s product teams.
• Provide metrics and reporting on the Illumio deployment’s effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Experience with cloud computing service provider models.
• Experience with container platform architecture.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools.
• Expertise in networking concepts.
• Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Client-facing skills, including conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management experience is a strong advantage.
