Overview

The Assistant Manager of International Marketing is responsible for supporting the UK, Europe and the Middle East markets. With ILIA’s exciting global expansion plans to scale the business, the Assistant Manager, International Marketing will help to ensure launch plans and evergreen support are flawlessly executed across our International retailers, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the International Marketing Director on key business initiatives.
  • Execute 360 local marketing campaigns tailored to each market.
  • Maintain the International marketing calendar for all activations.
  • Oversee asset requirements for retail partners and manage creative requests.
  • Coordinate retailer product registration and ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Partner with North America Retail Marketing for global consistency.
  • Audit retailer product pages and manage product review programs.
  • Support the International Marketing Director in presentations and toolkit rollouts.
  • Attend International retailer/vendor events as a brand representative.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in beauty.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Ability to work across different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
