Overview

ILIA Beauty is seeking a highly experienced Global Education Content professional to support the execution of global education initiatives across product launches, retailer training, and brand education. This role is designed for a seasoned beauty education expert who has deep experience creating best-in-class training content for prestige beauty brands and top-tier retail partners, and who can operate independently from day one.

In Short

• Lead the development of launch-ready education materials across global markets.
• Create shade matching tools, undertone guidance, and comparison charts.
• Develop retailer-specific training documents.
• Build LMS modules and certification content.
• Write educational video scripts and product storytelling content.
• Manage education timelines and deliverables across multiple launches.
• Coordinate with external vendors to execute education assets.
• Create social-first and video-forward education content.
• Ensure all education materials reflect ILIA’s clean beauty positioning.
• Maintain and organize the global education asset library.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in beauty education or content development.
• Proven track record creating retailer-ready education materials.
• Deep understanding of makeup artistry and application techniques.
• Exceptional writing skills for clear and compelling education.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital education tools.
• Highly autonomous working style with quick execution abilities.

Benefits

• Rate of Pay: $45.00-60.00/hour dependent on experience.
