Overview

iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Consultant who wants to simplify the payroll experience for our clients to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

In Short

• Work alongside the project management team to configure and deliver international payroll implementations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and local payroll partners for accurate delivery.
• Manage project set-up, client communication, and payroll process definition.
• Ensure local registration processes are completed with payroll partners.
• Define payment and banking processes in collaboration with the treasury team.
• Configure systems and reports for successful payroll processes.
• Facilitate go-live transitions and ensure project sign-off.
• Demonstrate strong data coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with international clients and regulated service environments.
• Ability to deliver projects on time with high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of implementation experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience managing payroll processes and systems.
• Ability to work with diverse international clients.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Experience in a regulated service delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual applicants are desirable.
