Head of Equipment Operation and Maintenance - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing the operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment at the Kruonis Pumped Storage Plant, contributing to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem.

In Short

• Organize technical maintenance and repair work for facilities and engineering networks.
• Create annual and multi-year maintenance plans with budget considerations.
• Prepare annual procurement plans and initiate planned and emergency purchases.
• Ensure contract execution and compliance for necessary agreements.
• Propose investment projects and works needed for the Kruonis HAE.
• Participate in project activities and manage assigned investment projects.
• Organize defect and deficiency rectification processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in construction engineering.
• 3 years of experience in organizing technical maintenance work.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in the energy and construction sectors.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (SharePoint, Office, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).
• Category B driver's license.
