Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

• Seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).
• Focus on support for Archer Midnight Entry Into Service in the UAE in 2025.
• Drive strategic planning, resource management, and process optimization.
• Oversee all MRO activities ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and International aviation regulations.
• Lead audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and manage the MRO budget.
• Maintain records of certification and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aviation maintenance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years experience in aircraft maintenance and MRO.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale MRO operations.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (GCAA, FAA).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company at industry forums.
