Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

• Seeking an experienced Head of Flight Operations & Pilot Training.
• Focus on support for Archer Midnight Entry Into Service in the UAE in 2025.
• Responsible for Flight Operations & pilot Training policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Coordinate daily operations meetings and develop operational policies.
• Conduct flight training for company pilots and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and instructional design teams.
• Monitor and evaluate pilot performance and compliance.
• Act as a mentor to junior pilots.
• Provide leadership regarding budgets and resources.

Requirements

• Hold an airline transport pilot certificate.
• At least 5 years of management experience in Flight Operations.
• At least 3 years experience as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience operating in the UAE market.
