Manager / Senior Manager Quality Assurance - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Leaders at IFS are responsible for ensuring the quality of market-leading products by collaborating across all aspects of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.

In Short

• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, especially regarding testing.
• Define and maintain quality policy and QA strategy.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a strong quality culture.
• Promote and drive implementation of QA processes.
• Ensure effective automated testing and performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Analyze quality metrics and establish reporting mechanisms.
• Implement AI-based testing initiatives.
• Manage and report on quality trends.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing tools.
• Programming skills in C#/.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Git and source control.
• Ability to build test documentation and scripts.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with AI and automation integration is a plus.
