Overview

The Spares Process Leader sits within the Fulfillment team in Materials Management and will own the standards, process, implementation, and execution of the Spares Output process across Technology & Operations (T&O). This role reaches across the Materials Management organization and Integrated Manufacturing Organization to understand our material position and ensure line of sight to meeting our Spares fulfillment targets for all Aerospace Engines programs & Customers.

In Short

  • Own the Spares Output process standards and execution.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions within T&O.
  • Train and communicate a standard process for Spares Output.
  • Support problem solving for pacing parts impacting delivery.
  • Regularly communicate status and gaps to Senior Leadership.
  • Build and maintain the process for tracking targets and parts flow.
  • Focus on customer experience in Spares/Repair outcomes.
  • Analyze material flow disruptions and resolve issues.
  • Engage with Senior Leaders to challenge assumptions.
  • Promote transparency and collaboration in the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Materials Management.
  • 5 years experience in Materials Management or Operations.
  • Experience in component manufacturing/assembly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer-focused environments.
  • Humble and eager to learn.
  • Transparent in communication and information sharing.
