Customer MRO Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Customer MRO Consultant will work as part of a customer's MRO Support team, providing guidance and best practices across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with business demands and scalability.

In Short

• Develop and support the Saudi Technic JPC team.
• Provide oversight for MRO Planning, Materials, Customer Support, and Repair processes.
• Focus on delivering sustainable TAT and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in the development of a ST Repair Strategy and growth plan.
• Use data-based metrics to monitor performance and champion continuous improvement.
• Maintain GE business metrics and provide updates to leadership teams.
• Implement standardized communication processes and metrics packs.
• Support the development and analysis of first-time yield in repair processes.
• Encourage the use of Lean Six Sigma and change management tools.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to advance aerospace technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MRO environment.
• MRO Process knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Project management experience.
• CFM Engine knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Strong mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
