Overview

The APQP Program Leader will drive the deployment of Advanced Product Quality Planning within GE Aviation, ensuring engine products conform to manufacturing and quality requirements while being delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and/or quality.
  • 3+ years of experience in APQP in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communicator and decision-maker.
  • Proven track record in APQP project completion.
  • Analytical-minded problem solver.
  • Experience with quality policies and metrics.
  • Ability to lead large programs across organizations.
  • Background in product costing and analysis.
  • Must be a U.S. person due to export-controlled information.
