Overview

The Field Service Technician will provide technical direction and assistance in the maintenance and repair of Composite Propeller Systems and related components at customer sites, contributing to the advancement of aerospace technologies.

• Hands-on repair and maintenance of Composite Propeller Systems.
• Provide technical assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interface at all organizational levels.
• 4 years of aviation experience preferred.
• Must be humble, transparent, and focused.
• Strong decision-making and collaborative skills.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Ability to challenge existing processes.
