In Short

• Perform service and maintenance on high-power rotating machinery.
• Work remotely with occasional travel to the Mansfield, OH facility.
• Provide technical support to customers via various communication methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Prepare and organize service trips and documentation.
• Install and commission equipment during travel.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Field Service team and management.
• Maintain tools and equipment necessary for the job.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience with large rotating electrical equipment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid passport and driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Team player with attention to detail and time management skills.
