In Short

  • Install and configure Idana in practices via remote access (Teamviewer & Anydesk)
  • Be the first point of contact for our practices regarding technical questions and problems
  • Forward customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, such as feature requests to the product team
  • Identify workflow and software improvements and share them internally
  • Report potential bugs to your colleagues in QA and software development

Requirements

  • You are fluent in German!
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, iPadOS & Android and with networks (shared folders, access rights, etc.)
  • Social competence, teamwork, and high reliability
  • Independent, structured work style
