Survey Interviewer - Remote

Overview

ICF is hiring flexible part-time remote Survey Research interviewers to support vital health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies.

In Short

• Part-time remote position, approximately 20 - 29 hours per week.
• Conduct telephone surveys using a scripted questionnaire.
• Record responses accurately using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
• Engage positively with the public while remaining neutral.
• Training provided for delivering scripts and data entry.
• Flexible work hours with options provided by the recruiter.
• Must reside in specific states to qualify for the role.
• Develop skills through collaboration with colleagues and team leads.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Preferred 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Ability to engage neutrally with interview subjects.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must meet standard performance metrics.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and possible overtime.
• Clear telephone speaking voice required.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
