IT Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Business Analyst will support tasks within the software development cycle and be responsible for system data together with the business intelligence it provides, contributing to high-quality products and innovative solutions for clients in the energy efficiency and utility sectors.

• Support all aspects of the software development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office products.
• Experience in the utility or energy efficiency sectors is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
• Ability to balance multiple projects.
