Bilingual Survey Interviewer - Remote

ICF is hiring flexible part-time Bilingual REMOTE Survey Research interviewers to support vital health-focused surveys for Federal and global health agencies.

In Short

• Part-time remote position, approximately 25 hours per week.
• Collect data via telephone questions for health surveys.
• Engage positively with members of the public.
• Training provided on script delivery and data entry.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedule with varying hours.

• Basic computer skills and ability to type 30 words per minute.

Requirements

• Must live in specific states to perform this role.
