Overview

ICF is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for applied AI to join our Data Science team. This role is focused on building and integrating AI-powered solutions that solve real client problems.

In Short

• Work on building and integrating AI solutions for clients.
• Design and implement AI-driven data pipelines and systems.
• Develop production-ready ML solutions using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed AI capabilities.
• Implement MLOps best practices.

• Participate in client meetings and translate technical concepts.
• Fine-tune or train models as needed for client solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in applied AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and their ML services.
• Understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience integrating ML models into production systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.
• Must reside in the United States.
