Vice President of Document Center Operations - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead operational efficiency and data quality for the Document Center product line within the Platform Operations team. This role is pivotal in addressing legacy inefficiencies, resolving data and document breaks, and building a scalable operational framework.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operational management.
• Proven success in building scalable frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of dashboards and audit tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Python.
• Ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Adept at building relationships with third-party providers.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on client service.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000.
