UX Designer - Remote

Overview

iCapital Network is looking for a UX Designer to conceptualize and enhance features for our online FinTech product, employing user experience, interaction and visual design skills to achieve a simple, modern experience.

In Short

• Create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes leveraging iCapital’s Design System
• Proactively suggest improvements to the platform
• Rely on qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions
• Create wireframes and prototypes using the Lean UX methodology
• Provide clearly defined specs and interaction guidelines to the Development team
• Work closely with Developers and Product Managers to test and review product enhancements
• Manage multiple concurrent requests and requirements
• Present work to all levels of the company with confidence
• Lead, coach and mentor other designers when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BFA) with 10+ years of experience in user-centered design
• Experience leading teams, including performance management and mentoring
• Solid understanding of major design applications specifically Figma
• Experience in both mobile & desktop web and app applications
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in FinTech and familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines preferred

Benefits

• Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000
