Product Manager - Associate - Remote

In Short

• Partner with product managers and other teams to document user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Become a subject-matter expert in the specific product area of the role.
• Engage with end users, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to evolve the platform.
• Work closely with UX, Engineering, and other internal partners throughout the full product development lifecycle.
• Serve as the evangelist for your product area through meetings and presentations.
• Work alongside the engineering teams to ensure development efforts are carefully planned.
• Facilitate and guide groups through processes to help them make decisions.
• Assist with producing collateral such as quarterly roadmaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in financial services or at a financial technology company strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience defining process flows and user stories.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience navigating complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of how technology platforms are built.
• Proficient in SQL and able to generate insights through data.
• Knowledge or certifications in various methodologies such as SCRUM, PMI, Six Sigma strongly preferred.

• Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
