Associate Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to support product delivery and development activities. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers (PMs) to facilitate team operations, coordinate delivery, and contribute to product planning and execution.

• Partner with Product Managers (PMs) to support sprint teams.
• Provide day-to-day support for two sprint teams.
• Assist Product Managers in product discovery and backlog grooming.
• Maintain clear communication between sprint teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop core product management skills.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the product.
• Coordinate sprint demos and write reports.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define team missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in product management or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and frameworks.
• Exposure to Salesforce, API Management, data & governance, or AWS.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with a curiosity for data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust or other required clearance.
