Global Due Diligence Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking a Global Due Diligence Support Analyst to join our growing Global Proposal Management team within the Firmwide Analytics and Initiatives department. This is a critical role in supporting client relations and proposal writing within the company.

In Short

• Assist in the preparation and completion of DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Maintain and contribute to a comprehensive content library.
• Coordinate necessary materials from stakeholders for client calls.
• Support tracking and reporting of proposal activity and success rates.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives for RFP/DDQ workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in RFPs, DDQs, or similar functions.
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RFP software is a plus.
