Client Success Manager - Identity Management - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Manager will work with clients to ensure they receive maximum value from iCapital's identity management platform, focusing on KYC and KYB processes.

• Guide clients through onboarding and platform adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of KYC/KYB solutions.
• Provide proactive support and identify potential challenges.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay updated on compliance regulations.
• Manage account renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor client health and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years in client-facing roles in SaaS or fintech.
• Understanding of KYC, KYB, and AML processes.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfort with SaaS platforms and technical integrations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in regulated sectors preferred.
• Certifications in compliance or identity management preferred.
