Associate, Structured Investments Distribution - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking for an Associate to join the Structured Investments Distribution team to focus on operations and assist the Trading department.

In Short

• Support the Trading department with order entry and security setup.
• Resolve trade breaks and assist with month-end closeouts.
• Work with trading partners and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Assist in opening new accounts at RBC and in Bloomberg.
• Run trades in Bloomberg using TOMs.
• Monitor TRACE reports for unmatched trades.
• Report to a Senior Vice President.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 6 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or Economics.
• Operational/trading experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
