In Short

• Lead a wide range of US Pension Risk Transfer transactions.
• Produce responses to RFPs and manage the proposal process.
• Serve as project manager for each transaction.
• Manage the PRT deal pipeline and analyze RFPs.
• Support pricing strategy development and present recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with PRT intermediaries.
• Respond to stakeholder requests and manage expectations.
• Prepare documents consistent with brand and values.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance and controls.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Pension Risk Transfer or related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze and present complex information.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., ERISA, IRS).
• Proficiency in pricing strategy development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to Stamford or Maryland office.
