In Short

Lead a wide range of US Pension Risk Transfer transactions.
Produce responses to RFPs and manage the proposal process.
Serve as project manager for each transaction.
Manage the PRT deal pipeline and analyze RFPs.
Support pricing strategy development and present recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with PRT intermediaries.
Respond to stakeholder requests and manage expectations.
Prepare documents consistent with brand and values.
Ensure adherence to internal governance and controls.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience in Pension Risk Transfer or related field.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze and present complex information.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., ERISA, IRS).
Proficiency in pricing strategy development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to Stamford or Maryland office.
