Distribution Center Receiving Associate - Remote

Overview

The Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading shipments, verifying their accuracy, and transporting items within the Distribution Center.

In Short

• Unload shipments and verify their accuracy.
• Transport items to appropriate locations in the stockroom.
• Record incoming shipments on a receiving log.
• Sort and distribute shipments received via various carriers.
• Assist in unloading returned merchandise and verify accuracy.
• Perform management assigned duties as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Operate a RADS gun and forklift as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months of prior work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Pass a drug screen test and background inquiry.
• Certification as a forklift operator is required.
