Associate, Document Center Operations - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join our Document Center Operations team to provide technical and operational support across several key clients in our client document platform. This is a technical role that combines application support and data management to troubleshoot data and oversee the applications that power our document center.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our document hosting platform.
• Execute daily operational tasks with a focus on data-driven processes.
• Conduct data validation and quality control checks.
• Communicate complex technical issues in simplistic terms.
• Maintain clear documentation of data processes and workflows.
• Partner with teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an operations role, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or ETL is a plus.
• Experience working in a ticketing environment is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000.
