National Gender Expert Consultant - Remote

Overview

The National Gender Expert Consultant will support the development of the Country Gender Equality Profile (CGEP) for Tajikistan, focusing on analyzing gender equality issues and providing recommendations for policy reforms.

• Develop the Country Gender Equality Profile for Tajikistan.
• Conduct desk reviews and stakeholder consultations.
• Analyze data gaps and compile relevant information.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in international development or related fields.
• At least 7 years of analytical and research experience.
• 5 years of advocacy work on gender equality in Tajikistan.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, etc.).
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Tajik.
• Strong commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with UN agencies is an asset.
