Overview

The International Consultant Evaluation Team Leader will lead the midline evaluation of the UNFPA-UNICEF-WHO Joint Programme on Accelerating the Reduction of Adolescent Pregnancy, focusing on the provinces of Southern Leyte and Samar in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with UN or international organizations preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of the national development context of the Philippines is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility for meetings.
• Sample evaluation report relevant to the context required.
