Overview

The Technical Engagement Manager at Ibex is responsible for managing customer implementations of AI solutions for cancer diagnostics, ensuring successful transitions from sales to technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Project/Implementation Management.
• Experience with Digital Pathology workflows preferred.
• Proven ability to manage change within clinical settings.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and infrastructures.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA).
• Proactive individual with strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
