Overview

The Bilingual Admin Business Specialist will assist in implementing and administering the Ibero Business Center program objectives and goals in both English and Spanish, supporting entrepreneurs with the knowledge to start and maintain profitable businesses.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in classroom management or people development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-oriented approach.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in entrepreneurship preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
• Leadership abilities to motivate and support others.
