Overview

The P2P and G-Invoicing Subject Matter Expert will provide operational and maintenance support for Oracle Federal Financials R12, focusing on resolving functional issues and enhancing the help desk processes.

In Short

• Support help desk operations by resolving functional issues.
• Document help desk tickets and create metrics.
• Analyze and resolve reported problems effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for help desk staff.
• Plan and coordinate customer transitions into production.
• Provide solutions for G-Invoicing issues in production.
• Hands-on experience simulating G-Invoicing scenarios.
• Document recommendations and project issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must complete a federal background investigation.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Procure to Pay and Oracle Federal Financials.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
• US Citizenship or valid Green Card required.
• Workdays are Monday to Friday.
