Overview

We are seeking a full-cycle Recruiter with experience supporting federal contracts and ERP / IT recruiting. This role supports high-volume hiring across a range of ERP and IT roles in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for ERP and/or IT roles
• Familiarity with compensation discussions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Interest in long-term growth with the company
