• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn and AI-powered tools.
• Conduct interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in Lever ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to adjust sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics and make recommendations.
• Thrive in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience required.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience; agency or high-volume in-house preferred.
• Experience using Lever ATS or similar systems.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and Boolean sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Comfortable working towards goals and KPIs.
