The Staff Enterprise Application Engineer will lead operations teams to ensure the performance and availability of Compute and Network infrastructure, focusing on the Supplier Rating System.

In Short

Lead both offshore and onshore teams.
Conduct thorough code reviews.
Mentor and guide the development team.
Analyze application integration for optimization.
Respond to and resolve critical service outages.
Develop automated solutions for service interruptions.
Investigate root causes of outages and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical coaching to junior members.
Establish performance baselines and monitoring criteria.
Drive architecture enhancements to mitigate failure points.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience.
Experience with Supplier Rating System factors.
Proven scripting and software development experience.
Proficiency in maintaining databases like MySQL and Oracle.
Strong focus on uptime and reliability.
In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
Skilled in public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with automated configuration management systems.
