Operations and Support Engineer - China - Remote

Overview

In the challenging position of Operations and Support Engineer China, you will become our support specialist and offer support and training to your colleagues in China. You will provide 3rd-line support for incidents for all Digital Products that are operational, connecting remotely to analyze and solve problems.

In Short

• Train and support regional and local service and support engineers in China and RoA.
• Provide 3rd line support to these engineers and customers.
• Capture, report and manage the resolution on any complaints or quality issues.
• Continuously improve the product knowledge base.
• Develop and maintain product training materials.
• Offer on-ground support for product launches.
• Onboard customers and assets on the Digital Platform.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong affinity with cloud platforms and electronics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Hands-on experience with Linux based embedded systems.
• Willingness to travel in China and Rest of Asia.
• Experience in software development (C++, Python) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
