CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

HyperionDev is looking for a strong CRM Manager to conceptualize and implement initiatives in increasing our lead to sale conversion rate. The ideal candidate should have experience in mid-funnel activities including direct communication, lead scoring and nurturing, data transfer and segmentation, and journey mapping.

In Short

• Liaise with brand managers and creative teams to produce impactful email marketing campaigns
• Work closely with performance and engineering teams for list hygiene and segmentation
• Maintain the overall communication calendar
• Increase the lead to sale conversion rate
• Plan, build, and send out email marketing communication
• Align with admissions teams for lead scoring guidance

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience managing CRM initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communication
• HTML and API knowledge
• 3+ years as a content editor or managing mass/direct email
• 1+ years in direct brand messaging for a large brand
• Qualification in digital marketing or related field
• Experience using automation to improve email metrics
• Practical experience briefing content to creative teams
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics
