Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with design studios, architectural firms, and high-end furniture retailers.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and book 20 qualified meetings per month (split between UK & US markets).
  • Engage design professionals and decision-makers with value-driven conversations.
  • Research target firms and tailor outreach messaging.
  • Use CRM and engagement tools to manage pipeline and activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy.
  • Track key metrics and consistently meet monthly targets.
  • Work independently as an independent contractor.
  • Cover both UK and US time zones.
  • Join a dynamic team representing ultra-premium European furniture brands.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Apollo, Zoho Bigin, Klenty, HubSpot, Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to research and understand design and architecture industries.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in luxury or premium brands is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
