Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-growth team focused on launching into the LATAM market, where you'll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity and qualifying leads.

In Short

  • Conduct 80+ cold calls daily to engage potential B2B clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to set meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Iterate messaging and outreach strategies for optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative.
  • Proven success in outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
