Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on generating pipeline and booking meetings with decision-makers in the IT solutions and consulting space.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting IT Directors, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain organized outreach activity using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
  • Book and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track pipeline metrics, meeting ratios, and conversion data to meet performance targets.

Requirements

  • Background in B2B tech sales.
  • Experience in lead generation or IT consulting outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
