Overview

As a Support Engineer (Voice Technology) at SecureCo, you'll be the technical expert relied upon by enterprise partners and vendors for Level 2 & 3 support in voice technology solutions, ensuring seamless and reliable communication.

In Short

  • Provide Level 2 & 3 technical troubleshooting for complex customer issues.
  • Deliver efficient customer support via Service Desk software, email, and phone.
  • Execute configuration and implementation of customer solutions.
  • Work autonomously with minimal overlap with other teams.
  • Manage a few complex technical issues daily.
  • Collaborate with enterprise vendors and partners as needed.
  • Maintain technical documentation for knowledge bases.
  • Ensure quality of implementation and technical deliverables.
  • Research new technologies for business recommendations.
  • Maintain ongoing technical ownership of implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in VoIP/SIP telephony.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in working autonomously.
  • Proven B2B enterprise support experience.
  • Deep knowledge of voice technology infrastructure.
  • Exceptional business-level English communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly research new technologies.
  • Passion for delivering technical excellence.
