Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced executive based in Fiji. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage social media platforms.

In Short

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive.
  • Manage calendar, travel, and meeting schedules.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Assist with drafting reports and documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements
