Overview

The Administrator Purchasing Officer will support the Director and ensure the smooth operation of all departments by managing daily operations, company development, and project workflows.

In Short

  • Manage updates and reconciliations using Wunderbuild and Xero.
  • Address urgent on-site issues and notify the Director.
  • Maintain and update company policies and training materials.
  • Support recruitment and employee development processes.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Track progress on all active projects and notify the Director of issues.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and the Director.
  • Ensure timely completion of departmental tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for company processes.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with the Director and team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Scheduling or Purchasing Officer role in construction or project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Trello, and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Drive and file management systems.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and cost management.
  • Ability to analyze costs and optimize purchasing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
