Overview

The Admin and Finance Manager plays a central role in managing day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions for a Darwin-based company providing electrical and air conditioning services. This position ensures that all business processes run efficiently and accurately.

In Short

  • Manage administrative and financial functions.
  • Coordinate job scheduling and invoicing.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send quotes and invoices.
  • Maintain organized records and compliance documentation.
  • Support payroll and HR processes.
  • Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage supplier coordination and inventory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and support upselling.
  • Track financial performance and analyze data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance management.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Tradify, and Lightyear.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Familiarity with Australian compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HR processes is a plus.
